Follow a practical guide
Visit the guides to repurpose an article, preserve your writing voice, or turn your experience into a pinned video script. Each guide includes steps, prompt templates and a review checklist.
Start with your account
Create an account or sign in. If email verification is enabled, open the verification message and check spam if needed. Registration is open without an invitation. Complete the security check shown for authentication requests. If it cannot load, check browser blocking or your network and retry. Help, tickets and account privacy controls remain available after signing in even if you have not verified email or redeemed an invitation.
Build your workspace
Open the workspace, fill in your profile (what you do, your audience and your offer), and add real materials you have the right to use. Create roles to keep different projects separate. Save your writing style/persona and review it before using it in a draft. Keep an independent copy of anything essential.
Generate and review
Choose an assistant, select the intended role and supply a concrete request. Generation uses available credits; check the displayed cost in the workspace before submitting. Credits do not guarantee a fixed number of articles or generations. Review facts, originality, tone and suitability before publishing. Save useful results to your assets; conversations and saved work are part of your cloud workspace.
Subscriptions and monthly credits
See plans for 100, 300 or 1,200 monthly credits, prices and actual checkout availability. Free registration does not create a subscription or charge you. Each paid period resets the allowance; unused credits do not roll over. Cancel future renewals in subscription settings and review orders in payment history. Current-period unused credits remain until expiry. Cancellation does not automatically delete your saved profiles, writing styles or content.
Voice input
Start voice input only when ready to speak. Your browser asks for microphone permission; allow it for voice, or keep using text. Stop recording with the voice stop control when finished. If permission is denied, change the browser's site microphone setting, then retry. Voice uses a China-region processor; see the privacy policy before sending sensitive speech.
Errors and retries
A failed request is not a finished draft. Check the displayed error, connection, invitation access and available credits. Keep your original material before retrying. Do not submit repeated requests while one is still running. If failure persists, open a support ticket with the time, action and visible error; omit passwords and credentials.
Support and privacy
Use account tickets to follow replies, or email support@teamasa.com. In account and privacy, download saved data or submit a reviewed deletion request. Deletion is a support process, not an immediate self-delete button. Privacy policy explains providers, retention and optional analytics.
