Using Teamasa

Teamasa provides an AI-assisted content workspace at teamasa.com. Account registration is free and does not start a paid subscription or charge you. Supply a valid email, complete the verification and security checks shown, keep your credentials secure, and use your own account. Do not impersonate others, bypass security or metering, resell or share accounts, automate abuse, or submit unlawful material.

Monthly subscriptions and credits

All three plans include the same specialist AI assistants, profiles, writing styles, and saved content features; monthly credits differ. Prices are independently quoted in each currency, not converted at a live exchange rate. See plans for actual purchase availability and supported payment methods. A listed plan without an available checkout is not yet purchasable. A subscription and its allowance start only after you confirm purchase and the payment provider confirms payment.

Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel future renewals. Each paid billing period grants its stated credits using the period dates on your order. Unused credits do not roll over, and unpaid renewals do not grant a new allowance. Expiration applies to that subscription period, not unrelated account entitlements.

Credits are an in-service usage allowance, not money. They cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred and do not guarantee a fixed number of generations or articles. Conversations, regeneration, writing-style analysis and other AI actions can consume credits. Check the cost displayed in the workspace before submitting. Different actions may have different costs. Voice availability and limits are shown at its entry point; plans do not promise unlimited voice or generation.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Before purchasing, review the price, currency, monthly interval, allowance and refund information. View purchases in payment history and cancel future renewals in subscription settings. If the control is unavailable, contact account support. After cancellation, unused credits for a paid period remain available until that period ends. No next-period allowance is granted automatically. Closing your browser, signing out, or requesting data deletion does not itself cancel a subscription.

Cancelling future renewals is separate from a refund. Incorrect charges, duplicate charges, service-delivery problems and other refund requests are handled under the refund policy. We will communicate material price or term changes before they apply; we do not retroactively reduce the purchased allowance or change the price of an already paid period.

Your material and AI output

You are responsible for your inputs and must have the rights or permissions to use them, including other people's personal information. You retain your existing rights in your material and permit Teamasa and its configured processors to process it as needed to provide the features you request. This does not grant rights to third-party material.

AI may make mistakes, omit context, or produce similar outputs. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, originality, identical repeat results, or particular traffic, sales or business outcomes. Check facts, third-party rights and publication requirements, review and edit results, and decide whether to use them. Drafts are not professional advice.

Privacy, availability and support

The privacy policy explains processing, security checks, providers and your choices. Exhausting credits or cancelling renewal does not automatically delete saved content; you can still manage, export or request its deletion. Keep copies of important work.

Maintenance, provider failures and security issues may temporarily affect features. We may impose proportionate restrictions for abuse. Contact support@teamasa.com to request review. Updates display a revision date. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer or privacy rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
