Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to monthly subscriptions purchased through Teamasa checkout. Registration does not charge you. See plans for prices, credits and actual purchase availability.

Cancel future renewals

Cancel future renewals in subscription settings, or contact account support if the control is unavailable. Paid-period access remains until its end; unused period credits do not roll over. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period and is separate from account deletion.

Request a refund

For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, missing purchased credits, persistent inability to use purchased services, or another refund request, contact support@teamasa.com or open an account ticket promptly. Include your order reference, payment date, amount, currency and an explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or payment credentials.

We review order ownership, payment status, the affected period's usage and the reported issue. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. Other requests consider undelivered services, used entitlements, disclosures made at checkout and applicable law. Using credits does not waive statutory rights; submitting a request does not guarantee automatic approval or a full refund.

Processing and entitlements

Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution. We will explain the amount, currency and related allowance adjustments when confirming a refund. Only the refunded order's entitlements are adjusted; unrelated purchases or grants are not arbitrarily deducted. Refunds and renewal cancellation are checked separately to prevent unintended future charges.

Opening or closing a ticket is not confirmation that funds have arrived. Provider confirmation and the actual return of funds determine completion. Keep your order and ticket references for follow-up. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and other consumer rights under applicable law are not restricted by this policy.
